The room was bright and clean with a spacious layout that made it enjoyable to stay in. Having toiletries available was a nice touch. The location near the Sorrento train station was very convenient for exploring. There were great places to eat right next door, perfect for when tired. However, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. I had to wait for about 10 minutes to meet the owner for keys, which could use improvement. Additionally, the cleaning schedule was not as promised, and coming back to an uncleaned room after a day out was disappointing. This inconsistency in service made the checkout experience less pleasant. Despite these issues, the proximity to restaurants and the clear, comfortable room made for a solid stay overall.

I expected a complimentary gesture for this inconvenience, but I guess that's too much to ask. Also, the beds were harder than rocks. Definitely won't be returning to this 'hotel. '
